Keep Your Fire Protection System Up to Code

Fire suppression systems aren't just for your safety, they're legally required for you to be allowed to operate or reside within a building. Immediate Fire Protection is certified to handle your inspections to ensure that your building is in full compliance with state and local codes. Your fire protection systems must be inspect periodically and receive a renewed certification to stay up-to-date. This not only aids in compliance, but ensures that your fire protection is up to date and that faulty products are repaired or replaced, and that recalled products are replaced, as well.

What Can We Repair?

Immediate Fire Protection is able to handle with the installation and repair of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, wet-pipes and dry-pipes, fire pumps, fire hydrants, fire alarm lighting, backflow preventers, and other fire protection monitoring tools.

If we're unable to repair the problems with your existing equipment, our experts will be able to update and replace any faulty components.

When Should I Get an Inspection?

How often you should test or inspect depends on the which part of your fire protection system you're addressing. Fire alarm and alert systems can be checked weekly on your own to ensure panels are working and the power supply is effective. Experts might perform more in-depth tests semi-annually, or at least annually to review all components involved and perform a functional test to ensure smoke detectors are working as intended.

Fire sprinkler systems should be checked at least monthly to ensure that your wet pipe systems are operating as intended. You should also check your alarm and supervisory devices quarterly. Anything that requires a more in-depth examination will be performed by our team on an NFPA recommended schedule.
